Phillips Academy, in Andover, Massachusetts, was my high school for three years. It is a private boarding school with a uniquely lively academic culture. No one in my family had attended private schools prior to my going to Andover. I discovered the place and fell in love with it; it is my Hogwarts. At the age of 16, I begged my parents to send me there.
